Refund Policy

We want you to be confident ordering with eloup. Every order is backed by our money-back guarantee, subject to the terms below.

Full refund

  • If you cancel before a booster has started your order, you receive a 100% refund.
  • If we are unable to assign a booster or deliver your order, you receive a 100% refund.

Partial refund

If you cancel after work has started, you are refunded for the portion of the order not yet completed. For division boosts this is calculated from the divisions and LP/stars already gained; for win- or game-based services, from games already played.

On-time guarantee

If your order is not completed within the estimated time due to our fault, you may request expedited completion or a partial refund of the express portion.

Non-refundable situations

  • Delays or interruptions caused by you logging into the account or playing ranked games during an active order.
  • Completed orders that met the agreed target.
  • Penalties applied by the game publisher where you were informed of and accepted the risk.

Store credit

Where applicable, refunds may be issued as store credit at your choice, often with a bonus. Card/PayPal refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your dashboard or email support@eloup.io with your order number. Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
