• Account data: name, email address, and (for OAuth) your Google/Discord profile basics.
• Order data: the game, ranks, options, and region you select, plus order status and chat messages with your booster.
• Game credentials: for piloted orders, provided securely after checkout, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted after the order completes.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP, device/browser, and usage analytics to keep the Service secure and fast.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver and track your orders and connect you with a booster.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide support.
• To send transactional emails (order updates) and, with your consent, occasional offers.
• To improve and secure the Service.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the assigned booster (limited to what is needed to fulfil your order), payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention & Security

Game credentials are deleted after order completion. Other data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We use encryption (SSL/TLS), access controls, and region-matched VPNs to protect your account.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@eloup.io.
