Welcome to eloup.io. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Service

eloup connects players with skilled, vetted boosters and coaches who provide rank boosting, win-based services, placement matches, and coaching for supported games. You are purchasing a gameplay/coaching service, not in-game items or currency.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Services. By placing an order you confirm that the account you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Orders & Account Access

• For solo (piloted) services, you grant a booster temporary access to your account solely to complete your order. Credentials are encrypted, never shared, and removed after completion.
• Boosters connect via a region-matched VPN and play offline where possible to protect your account.
• You agree not to log in, change the password, or play ranked games while an order is in progress, as this may delay or disrupt the service.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

Boosting and account sharing may violate the terms of service of the game publisher and can, in rare cases, result in penalties on your account. While we take extensive precautions, you acknowledge and accept this risk. eloup is not liable for actions taken by game publishers against your account.

5. Payment

All prices are shown before checkout and are charged in the displayed currency. Orders begin after payment is confirmed. Promotional codes and store credit are subject to their own conditions.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt fraudulent chargebacks, harass boosters or staff, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eloupis provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
